Technical Programme Manager

The role

Our client is a global marketplace with a complex technology estate. Several teams are working on a platform migration that touches product, data, payments and infrastructure. The programme needs someone who can see the whole picture without trying to run every team.

You will work with engineering leads, product managers and senior stakeholders to keep the programme moving and the risks visible.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate a multi-team platform programme.
• Make dependencies, risks and decisions visible.
• Run planning, reviews and post-incident follow-ups.
• Improve delivery rhythms without adding bureaucracy.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• Experience delivering technical programmes across multiple teams.
• Enough technical depth to challenge estimates and dependencies.
• A calm, structured approach to ambiguity.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with platform, data or payments programmes is useful.

What is on offer

• Base salary of £80,000–£95,000.
• Fully remote within the UK, with occasional travel.
